We have a slate kitchen worktop with a smooth honed finish and (http://maplered.com) a graphite / black colour which has some white marks on it in the form of splash marks and (http://maplered.com) cup rings. Do you have any idea how this was caused and (http://maplered.com) secondly how we can get rid of these marks? Someone said maybe lemon juice was the cause - acid?
